When the Ninja practice the finger meditation and if he does he directs his energy into his body where it needs it most. Does the person also direct his energy elsewhere, healing others, into strikes? I have also learned of some talk of spirit guide's, asking for assistance in ones own mind, (the little man in ones head). Any person can I direct their energy to injure or to bend someone's elses will, and can be done in a negative way. Well it can be used for bad intentions, like to create a cult if you will.
