I've just started doing ninjitsu! It's actually a lot better than I thought it'd be.

That is great news my friend. The reason Ninjutsu has such a bad name is because of all those bad movies in the 1980's. The truth is that Ninjutsu is a MUCH more effective fighting style than 90% of other Martial arts.
If someone combined Ninjutsu,BJJ and Muay Thai they would be almost unbeatable. Does your school already incorporate Boxing or Muay Thai into its classes? I like to practice Western Boxing techniques with the clinches, elbows and knees of Muay Thai. Anabolic Ninja & Anabolic Ted, Dr Evil and myself would hope that our Super Ninja would be adept in these styles. |

unfortunately we don't incorporate boxing and muay thai... but the instructor appears very knowledgable about many combat forms. Being a martial artist for quite a while I can see he knows his stuff.
I can indeed see how ninjitsu would be an excellent complement to boxing/muaythai/grappling as it really opens your eyes to a lot of things that these sport arts don't teach/encourage. I'm grateful for having kept my eyes open to this art... actually.. it's a good thing in a way that ninjitsu has such a bad public image.. it keeps it from being popular... which is a good thing. It's good to have an edge over others..
